By purchasing a ticket or NFT, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.TERMS AND CONDITIONS2. Ticket & NFT Purchase2.1.Tickets & NFT are issued electronically and delivered to the email address provided during the purchase process.2.2.All ticket & NFT purchases are subject to availability and payment confirmation.2.3.The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any order if fraud, unlawful activity, or violation of applicable laws is suspected.3. Pricing and Payments3.1.All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.3.2.Payments may be accepted through bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other available payment methods.3.3.The Purchaser is responsible for any fees charged by banks, card issuers, or payment service providers.4. Event Admission4.1.A valid ticket & NFT must be presented for admission to the Event.4.2.The Organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of attendees.4.3.Admission may be denied to any person who:presents an invalid or duplicated ticket;violates venue rules;engages in inappropriate, unlawful, or unsafe behavior.5. Ticket & NFT Transfers5.1.Tickets & NFT may be transferred unless otherwise specified for a particular Event.5.2.The Organizer is not responsible for tickets & NFT purchased from unauthorized third parties.6. Refund Policy6.1.Except where required by applicable law, tickets & NFT are non-refundable.6.2.If the Event is canceled by the Organizer, the Purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the ticket & NFT.6.3.If the Event is postponed, tickets shall remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise specified.6.4.Service fees, administrative fees, and payment processing fees may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.6.5. No Refunds for Failure to AttendIf the Purchaser or Ticket Holder fails to attend the Event for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, travel disruptions, illness, scheduling conflicts, visa issues, transportation delays, or any other reason not directly attributable to the Organizer, the ticket & NFT shall be deemed used and no refund, credit, exchange, or transfer shall be provided.The Purchaser acknowledges that attendance at the Event is their sole responsibility and that failure to attend does not create any entitlement to reimbursement.The Organizer shall not be liable for any losses, expenses, or damages incurred by the Purchaser arising from the Purchaser’s inability or decision not to attend the Event.The Organizer incurs significant upfront costs for accommodation, transportation, venue reservations, third-party services, and event preparation. Therefore, except where required by applicable law, tickets, NFT and participation fees are non-refundable once purchased.7. Event Changes7.1.The Organizer reserves the right to modify:the event schedule;the venue location;speakers;performers;program content.7.2.Such modifications shall not constitute grounds for a refund except where required by applicable law.8. Photography and Recordings8.1.By attending the Event, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.8.2.The Organizer may use such materials for advertising, marketing, educational, and other lawful purposes without additional compensation.9. Limitation of Liability9.1.The Organizer shall not be liable for:travel expenses;accommodation expenses;indirect or consequential losses;losses arising from circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.9.2.The Organizer’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant ticket.10. Force MajeureThe Organizer shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or modification of the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:natural disasters;government actions;public health emergencies;strikes;acts of terrorism;civil unrest;technical failures.11. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.PRIVACY POLICY12.
